whats your favorite japanese food?

i love all sushi / sashimi w/ plenty of wasabi

I like this..... thing... In Chinese, it's called cold noodles... I have no idea what it's called in English. Cold noodles? 😀

I can't take too much wasabi 🤢 and I don't like raw fish..

in japan theres something similar; soba noodles, which are usually thin noodles that are usually eaten cold at a certain time of year, although they can be eaten hot too

I want to try their live squid/octopus.. and their tentacles stick onto the tongue! (somebody told me..)

currently im trying to overcome my ostroconaphobia so i can experience other cultures fully

I tried these small ice cream cube things before. I forget what they were called, but I remember one was vanilla, one chocolate, and the other I forget it's name but apparently it tastes like a common Japanese medicine (according to the package). Didn't like that one too much. I want to try takoyaki, dango, and onigiri. I think I would like to try almost all Japanese food, excluding seafood of course.

this ice cream cube you speak of could be mochi, but it may not be
mochi is really good; its basically just a ball of icecream wrapped in a chewy rice cake

the chinese have something like mochi
its called nian gao, main difference is that its baked again after its made
the filipinos also have palitao, which is the same, just coated with sesame seeds and coconut

Believe it or not, I love Chinese food more than Japanese food.

I usually only eat Cup Noodles or Ramen Noodles when I eat Japanese food. Every now and then some Pocky, too.

Hmmm...I love a lot of Japanese food, but my favorite has to be takoyaki. XD

Oh, and I don't eat sushi...which is pretty weird cause I've been to so many sushi places. lol. I just get dragged in by friends. XD

Then I love this [some Japanese brand] red bean popsicle 😀 with mango jelly I think...

I definitely like sushi but that's the only Japanese food I've ever tried. I want more Japanese food!!!
