Love LOVE it, and it's actually not too hard to make at home. 😃

I like this..... thing... In Chinese, it's called cold noodles... I have no idea what it's called in English. Cold noodles? 😀

I can't take too much wasabi 🤢 and I don't like raw fish..
<---- not a Japanese food fan.

I think it's called Hayashi Ramen.

When I go to the Ramen place near my pad, they have all different kinds, and an option to order each "Hayashi" style. Whenever I get "hayashi" it comes cold with some cucumbers.

I like Dango, Ramen, Udon, and Rice Bowl. Those are my favorite meals ever. Also I eat a lot of Quinoa, but that's an Incan meal and has nothing to do with Japan.

Eating random bowls of ramen mit be up their too, I say random cause I ask either a friend or my aunt to order something at random. I just like being surprised but what I end up eating.

I like maguro sushi. (tuna) I wanted to try toro but @ $6 bucks a piece maybe some other time. Ikura is good if it isn't salty so it depends on the sushi place.

I also like unagi in different forms and steamed Chinese style eel too.

sake

I went to this sushi bar and it must have been at least 11pm and the owner/sushi maker had closed down the place and was letting people stay longer if they had been there for a long time. So e had some friends over and they were playing card games while drinking vast amounts of sake and he was making excellent sushi while really drunk and telling us the funniest stories. Then he kept sending us over warm sake..i have never been more sick in my life after drinking that. But i like cold sake its really good
