Eh? I'd say I read at manga at just about a twelfth grade level, maybe early coll--oh, wait, I'm not answering the right question.

I'm not necessarily a hobbyist (if everything I devoted this much time to was a hobby, I'd have too many hobbies to count), but I don't do it when I'm bored, either: I read manga when procrastinating. It's not the only thing I do when procrastinating, mind, just one of them. But that's more or less the only time I read the stuff. Like right now when I should be applying for scholarships! I'll also read manga sometimes when I'm looking for escapism (often combined with my procrastination). Because I tend to read for escapism, I have a soft spot for comedies and shoujo manga, because it comes from the other side; it's as far away from me as one can really get. When I'm not out for escapism, I tend to read gritty, violent stuff. Or comedies.

I read it all the time but I don't think i'm a serious otaku O.O I just ditch my homeworks and read manga 😀 it's not something that I am addicted.... (I DON'T DO MANGA DRUGS) -sniff- xD
