I was like what the heck...but I couldn't resist posting here anyways, I would have to say that manga vampires are hot...but kind of scary, I don't find the idea of someone sticking two sharp teeth into my neck that attractive...well maybe if it was Bratt Pitt from Interview with a Vampire...now that's hot stuff

Manga vamps, yeah. In real life, I doubt it. And I really don't have much xp with non-manga vampires anyway. Never read (or watched) Dracula or Buffy the Vampire Slayer (not that that would go in their favor) and the rest. But...Karin, and VK and Millenium Snow...basically they're extra-sexy humans with some cool powers, maybe a few unusual weaknesses, and a tendency to suck people's blood occasionally. Monsters? Not really. I mean, Karin is just utterly adorable, isn't she? And harmless.

It really depends on the vampire.

Really, though, it's only been in the recent decades that vampires have become more attractive. Before that, most were portrayed as ravenous monsters. Just look at the vampires in the movie 30 Days of Night; they aren't attractive at all. Now compare them to those of Anne Rice and such writers. There's a HUGE difference.

I'd have to say yes, though, given the current times. Vampires nowadays are normally associated with beauty, so... Yeah.
