Meh, it can be fun to mess/tease around with friends.. 😀 But you can't use it with bad intentions, like purposefully creating conflicts.. Or withholding the truth that they have the right to know..

And it's not like it's damaging only the manipulated person - it's bad also for the manipulator. After a while, he gets paranoic and unable to trust people. So the price is quite high 😐

Anyway, I was always a fan of the "lesser evil" choice.

And, hell no..I'm never gonna believe that people here never tried mind games out of egoism. We're not saints.

It's all fun an games until you figure out how mentally fragile the average human is... although most of the time the fun still seems to out weigh the potential trouble and drama if you don't care enough about the victim.

I think mind games are mean and manipulative. I can never see how people can find them fun... 🙁

to control my mind. What comes to others, too bad if they cannot
figure things out themselves.

I play them. I've been told that I'm good at manipulating people to the point of being crookish. But I have a big conscience, I never let it get too out of hand and it's only for jokes and stuff.

Mind games should not be used with friends... there should not be a reason to.

But mind games exist originally to be used against enemies. It is somewhat sad that it is now used as easily as a smile.

Me? I prefer to be direct and to the point and prefer people to deal with me in the same way.

I'm a Psychology Major, and I'd agree that its interesting to see how people's minds work.
And I do it just so i can poke fun at someone later, I don't do it to ruin anyone's life... 😔 I find it odd how everyone immediately associates mind games with messing up people's head...

Being aware of mind games and not being influenced by them is a good practice. People that are manipulated are as much at fault as those who manipulate others, IMO.
