long time ago i have that manga translate in arabic by the name "captin majid" AKA Captain Tsubasa
but the translation publisher gave us anther manga with the same name "we get punked =__="

the worst part it was good 😕

it about soccer team and thy just get a kid or very short boy in the team, he so smart and good at soccer .
one of thing i remember thy make lots of smart stratgy like thy all move like Shogi pieces, and the time all players in the other team line up in one line XD

the other thing in the first chapter the main charchter "the short kid" score in basketball net

And... I've also got a question about this manga of yours: Had the kid, just per chance, memory loss? Was he very quiet and seemed childish, like he loves playing? Because there was one like that. If it seems familiar, I'll search for the title.

EDIT: Oh, and there are only about sixty shounen, sports and soccer mangas out there. (I'm surprised, I thought there would be a lot more)

that sounds a lot like T.R.A.P. ...but since you are talking about captain tsubasa...is it an older manga??..because T.R.A.P. is pretty new ^^

I can't understand or read japanese either but I tried to look up the hiragana characters from the first picture and googled a bit and the japanese name might be

(The first part before the kanji is soccer, the kanji is [url]http://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/%E9%AD%81[/url] and the the hiragana part I looked up is probably? the reading from the kanji, "sakigake")
