I'm looking for a manga that's told in a non-linear fashion, similar to films by Quentin Tarantino. Preferably Seinen.

Quote from Sagaris
vagabond tells the story of one character and then goes back to tell the story of another one
shamo is the same as above
currently reading both. But I'm talking about mangas where events in time are purposely scrambled around, possibly not even indicating what point in time the scenes take place. Think of Kill Bill or Pulp Fiction or Reservoir Dogs.

The Baccano anime was non linear so I'd assume the manga and novel are as well.

These are nonlinear in a different way then you're probably expecting and are extremly NSFW.

i don't think this happened in kill bill though, or maybe i just have a bad memory

.
Try the anime Mouryou no Hakou or the OVA series Kara no Kyoukai.
