I hardly ever do that. I think it's usually done by old people. o.o I don't like it when people do that and then they give you paper where the saliva is hanging on. ;_; Example: professors handing out tests!
I don't want to have dry hands. >_<

It really disgusted me when my English teacher did that whenever she passed out papers. >.<

Only if I'm eating something with sticky rice. Also if I get some sauce on my fingers and if my fingers got salt on them then I lick them ^^

Only if I eat something really delicious like a brownie (or anything that makes me feel as if I were in a gastronomic heaven) and it's just a sin to make it go to waste by wiping your fingers.

Though I've done it once or twice when my fingers were extremly dry. Then I thought "I'm getting old, aren't I? ._."...
I can't stand it when people do it to one of my books/text books.
It's horrible. Not as horrible as sucking on my pens/pencil.

No, I don't lick my fingers to turn the pages.
I rely on my fingers to get a little moist after reading 2 pages.
Either that or using fingernails.

Nah. I don't lick my finger when I need to turn a page of a book or something. I usually end up using my nails to make some sort of gap to lift it.
I only lick my fingers if there is a bit of sauce or something. I mean, I can't let that lovely sauce from those spare ribs just go to waste on a napkin.
Edit: Oh btw, if you mentioned something in the spoiler tag about not mentioning food, I can't see it because I'm on the iPod. So I didn't know 😮

No, I dont. I only lick my fingers when its food related. (For example, after eating cheetos or Doritos I lick off the power flavor that sticks to my fingers.)

I have done it before, but only on rare occasions when I just could NOT get two pages to separate from each other - and I wouldn't do that to someone else's books/papers.
