Wow, the chapter came out early this week. Usually it doesn't come out for another 3 hours.

Nagato trumped Naruto with that little speech. I was expecting Naruto to say some retarded yet optimistic and for Deva Pain to smirk and think to himself, "He's just like me when I was young".

But I agree with what Pain said about justice and revenge being a cycle of hatred. And Nagato looks real messed up on page 16. Almost makes you feel pity for him...

ya i was pretty much expecting the same thing at least we get a curve ball here and there ,but I did find nagato's speech good in a way wouldnt be bad to hear more

The Hiden Village of the Crater in the Crater.
Page 8 you can clearly see the most useless wall in manga surrounding some rubble, surrouding the big crater, with the smaller crater in it.
Oh and Nagato looks like a villain from 666satan, with all those chakra receivers stuck in him and the mechanical legs. Very cyber punk. 🤣

This chapter was better than I expected. Covered lots of ground and we can get back to the fight next week.

he looked more like Psycho Mantis to me from MGS series with his decrepit body build. plus the puppeteer skills he has seems similar to him too.
although his speech made sense in some points, it also seemed rather childish for his age though. through all that he's been through he only came up with a sort of half truth. i guess the conclusion to this fight is going to be Naruto finding an answer to break the cycle he's looking to create.

Naruto will get pretty boring if there is no ninja fighting.

I think it's interesting, the whole philosophical spiel.

considering how things are looking now...I find it interesting that Kishimoto-sensei is using the Death Vadar/Jedi speech of emotion being the cause of the suffering and hatred.

It seems that the Ninja world hasn't yet understood the concept of vengeance begetting vengeance. Kinda like how in the aftermath of WW1 all the other winning nations wanted to punish the losers so badly that the drove this world to the brink in the name of revenge and 'justice.'
