1. i have this in my house, shovel+metal grinder =fortune axe,axes,crowbars , about 50 different knives that i never use, hammers(sledge and normals), bokkens(not gonna be useful for long), nunchuks, basseball bat, pike-axe,lots of alcool so i can make molotovs

2)the old milatary base thats about a half our drive from my home it has a museum of tanks and weapons one of them is bound to still work.

3)costco or the mall, hardware store, wall-mart,

4)take a train or a boat and make like a tree and get out of there or repair one of the tanks and CHYARGE!!!!!!!!!!

Well for number 1, my penor, though not on ama's level, is a sure kill 100% fatality biological weapon of mass destruction

Of my house? there is a Gun shop half a block away, so I should be able to get enough guns there...

From my home:
My machete
My swiss knife
Fitting clothes (a world full of zombies requires the right setup)
My camping back pack (the small one)
Molotov's and any other explosive

From the gun store:

Kill the clerk (if he is a zombie)
Arm myself with 2 semi automatic guns, a shotgun, and LOTS and LOTS of ammo (then add a couple of hand guns into my back pack and a short barreled shotgun.

2. You must find a place to hide and rally survivors. You'll need supplies and a defensible location. What place do you pick? Basically, choosing your base.

I would first rally my friends and become a group of at least 30 people (armed), then we would move to secure a location (using cars or buses)... the best would be an army base, but those are hard to guard... (zombies can climb walls too... you know) I would like a mall like home depot with just 2 entrances and the service entrance as an escape route.

We would enter the mall and secure both entrances and the service entrance, then we would begin to clean the place, in case a zombie got smart and entered the place before us (or a person), with both entrances under barricade and ropes on the roof to pull any lucky passer by (there is no way, I am opening a door for filler girl 3.

3. You can scout out some local buildings/facilities for supplies and equipment for your "base". Where will you get them?

The mall has almost everything we need, we just need to be completely aware of what we have in the mall, and what we will need sooner or later.

Water and food are a must
Tools like screwdrivers and guns
Electricity will become a problem sooner or later, with so many zombies around no one will fix a problem in the line, and someone is bound to crash with a power line sooner or later, so we must have a way to keep or make electricity for ourselves, we can build wind mills as a start, but lets not get ahead of ourselves.

4. Tell me what your Plan B is. Basically, your escape plan when zombies are breaching your base.

The only way that would happen, is if someone messes up, and I am sure we won't (i won't allow it), we will block the doors with everything we have, the service entrance will be under a barricade, and the ropes can easily be cut... if the zombies start to climb on top of each other, then we can use gas tanks to deal with a lot of them, and if that is not enough, then we retreat to the building and abandon the roof (a proper barricade will be ready, just in case a dire situation like that happens)

Then we do nothing, but wait (we use home depot garden section to make a garden inside the building to grow vegetables and in turn, use our shit for better purposes than flushing) in a matter of 4 to 5 months, most zombies should begin to starve (eat each other) and in 5 or 6 months more, the earth should be clean of zombies (and cattle)

Is going to be rough, but I think we can do it (besides the sex is going to be awesome)

i wouldn't make such a big group if i was you because

big-group=bigger-chances of getting spotted
getting spotted= bigger chances of having to go on a flesh and brains diet 🤢

and anyway i dont think it would be that easy to control 30 persons
because theres always that stupid asshole who thinks hes better than you and will rally all of your "comrades"
because they think hes cool and who will end up getting everyone in the deappest of shit holes 😐

in your first post you said you would regroup and then travel to your safe place (in multiple cars i guess) so its the same thing as traveling in groups for me

and if you tell me your gonna go in different directions if (and your great ladership) are not there to guide them every step of the way something bad is bound to happen. you might lose some little buddys or they might bring a whole army of zombies with them to your home-depot.

humans can do some real stupid things when there scared and dont expect everybody to think reationnaly ad use logic when the whole freaking city is overrunded by ZOMBIES.

anyway not that i have against you i just dont think somebody could take as much responsability
as to protect and lead 30 people againts unbelivably low chances of survival .
if it was like 10 people that could be possible

I am not saying the odds are good, but I only befriend people that can think rationally, that is always a must.

At first there where only 4 of us, and I said:

That is what I can kind of remember of what was said... many details are missing, but I don't give a damn.

And a couple of days later what started as a conversation of 11 guys, became a wide theme of conversation... and as far as the responses... well, a lot of people said or agreed with what we said, others decided to stay home and pray, and others decided to embrace their life as a zombie instead of fighting it.

I know talking and joking about it, is one thing, and living it is another, but I think we have good odds (the communication issues, became apparent later, so we decided to rally people on our own and head to the nearest and safest mall, if we found each other, then we would support each other).

i have a question if all of your friends were to die and you would be stuck with a buch of strangers would your plan still work ?

but i think that if a real zombie apocalypse was to happen in the near future we would all most likely cower in fear and die cornerd by a horde of hungry undeads.

It doesn't really matter, but I was thinking of slow, traditional zombies that infect you with zombieness when they scratch you.
