So here is the thing, I try to only read titles that serializations have been finished. I wanted to suggest if the admin(who is in charge) could add a sorting option in the users personal lists.
That way I and everybody else could add a huge amounts of titles to the "wish list"(or other lists) and we could sort the list by "ongoing serializations" and "finished ones". Doing that we could start reading a title when we knew the serialization has ended, instead of checking each title everyday one by one, which is really tiring...

For the time being, You can go to the advance search (Under the genre page).

Select the completely scanlated option then scroll all the way to the bottom and hit show only options from my lists (or a specific list).

Maybe even make a secondary wish list. One that's complete, and one that's not.
Do a search every once in a while for the complete ones in the incomplete list and move it over.

Yes yes, I know I make longwinded comments, but that's just me >.<
