Arrancars. Ichigo is gay and so are the shinigamis (some of the captains are okay though).

Gonna have to go with the Arrancars, because I like the Hollow life cycle of Hollows constantly devouring and merging with one another forming mindless conglomerates, up until one personality is strong enough to emerge dominant and form a unique entity.
