Lovers Doll - very touching, I cried a lot. One of the best oneshots I've ever read.
Giglio - tragic.
It's not yaoi but when I watched Hotarubi no Mori e I cried so much I cannot tell how much it touched my heart. The anime is so beautiful! I guess the manga is nice, too, but the anime was brilliant! 39 min.
A really beautiful, dark tragedy is Boys Next Door, really intense.
Brother x Brother is very much emotional and a masterpiece.
This is a graphic novel but I cried a lot, it's brilliant, harsh and unexpectedly touching: Father Figure.
