Your Favorite RPG Class
Fighter, swordie, bananablade monkey etc. are aawwwwwritteeeeee!
No panic if MP runs out.
Just bashing that A/X/Whatever for
Attack ◄
Magic
Defend
Item
I'm kind of split here. In 1 player RPG's I tend to rush in and square off toe to toe in fights, but in MMO's I tend to play a character that isn't on the front lines line a archer, spell caster or healer. So really I play everything.
Assassins - High Crit rate and attack speed pwns strength type characters, not to mention they have high evade rates and poisons 🤣

Seriously doesn't really matter to me...
I just like my characters to have a good background story... even more than I like them to have good damage dealing abilities.
FFVII as an example I liked nanaki (redXIII) the most, even if damage dealing wise, he was really limited compared to Barret, Cid and Cloud (if you use limits...)
In WoW, I had a druid, because lore wise they where interesting. Damage dealing wise they where... bleh... and as healers? they where also kinda bleh... needed horrible dedication to get them on par with priests.
But yeah... horribly gimpy characters aren't good either, even with the best background story, playing them becomes more frustrating then fun.

^ Agreed. I play all sorts of RPGs and there's tons that I like that fall in all "classes" so I can't really choose a specific one.
If it weren't for the gutter, my mind would be homeless.

ive played wow a bit as well, and i went for a druid b/c it can do most all the classes so i didnt need to start a new character if i got bored with the class
i agree tho, story does get some priority in choosing a fav character in a game

I don't know if I missed it in the poll, but where are the Dark Knights 😢 I love my Dark Knights: lots of damage and some black magic for fun.

Archer. I like being able to hit at a safe distance. And they're usually pretty agile, which is a plus.

Rogue. I don't want to be limited in the areas I can explore. Rogues can get past any obstacle, be it lock, trap, or cliff.

Archer etc.:
-Farming galore
-Kiting is fun
-Pets in some MMOs
Don't waste your time or time will waste you.
Thief/Assasin/Rogue/Ninja
It's all about the coolness factor 😉
They're always good for a nice bit of backstory too.
Played shaman in eq games and rogue in wow.

LOL I played a dr00d too they seemed to have made them semi decent damage dealers right about the time I left but I always played him as a healer.

I'd pick the Archer any day. Mostly because I prefer going out and fight solo. (On occasion I team up with friends)
Which makes the Archer class perfect for me.
