( Normally, I wouldn't suggest something like this, but whenever I read it, I get the same feeling from Claymore and ares, which I find funny, as those are the most violent mangas I have ever read.Aside from Elfin lied, but that doesn't count in my book, as its was primary not violence, but a primary in perverted-ness. )

YuYu Hakusho (anime and manga- it's good, the drawings are a bit sketchy, but i guess the plot is good.)

Yakitate! Japan (manga and anime-this one is very funny, i like it!)

Rurouni Kenshin (manga and anime-i don't know if it's considered shonen or seinen, but i like it- it's a bit different from each other though.)

Full Metal Alchemist (anime and manga- both are way different but the end is about similiar)

G.T.O (anime and manga- it's a RIOT! Hands down! this is funny!)

Beck MONGOLIAN CHOP SQUAD (i like it, as i said before, the drawings are a bit weak but the plot is good)

Katekyou Hitman Reborn is for me the best shounen ever !

One piece (i just love the nobleness of the characters and stuff... i mean when the quack doctor said that u r only truley dead when ur forgotten... made me fall 4 the maker of one piece)

Euh... none of these seems to be a shounen manga...
I guess you either have your genre definitions mixed up or have posted in the wrong thread.
