Anime/manga character's I'm kinda like? Let's see...
Benny from Black Lagoon in that I'm easy-going, but somewhat apathetic to what goes on around me. Oh and I'm good with computers.
Kakashi from Naruto in that I'm perverted, but not aggressively so. I also often appear detached and or bored.
and finally, Kyon from The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya in that I have a very cynical side to my personality.
Who I wis I was like is simple. Lelouch Lamperouge from Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion .

Hrm... I'd have to say, (At least, that I can remember) the main girl from Raiders. The zombie chick. Shes violent and cold, and occasionally feels sorry, but doesn't stop anyway. XD

Apparently I'm now similar to Orange-kun, since that orchard scene gave me some sort of complex...
More seriously, the character I'm most like is probably Koizumi Itsuki from Haruhi (especially in the later novels). He's manipulative, great at putting at facades, heavily philosophical and interested in the unusual, while still managing to be a generally cheery personality. I'd like to think that I'm better at strategy games than he is (unless he really has been losing on purpose the whole time).
As for who I'd like to be, it's hard for me to say. Lelouch is cool and all, but his readily apparent immaturity bothers me. I guess I'd prefer to be a calmer, but still inquisitive character like Lawrence from Ookami to Koushinryou or Kuroe from Blood Alone. I suppose I'll mellow more with age.

Probably Onizuka from GTO
I'm ugly, stupid, childish, ride a bike and know a lot of losers/gangsters/thugs.... I also know a corrupt cop.
Only difference is he's a teacher and I'm not (unless giving piano lessons to the neighbor kids counts).
Other than that, any biker from manga.... and probably the small fries or bystanders in shounen manga that die all the time.

From today I shall aspire to be like Orange-kun from Code Geass, just to get on Crenshinibon's nerves. 😀

I'm a self-righteous ass. So, possibly the crazy scientist from Battle Angel Alita, or the myriad of other baddies that fall into that archetype.
Though I am probably most like Sato Tatsuhiro from NHK ni Youkoso!.
I'd like to be Onizuka though, or gan apparently.

Actually, I'm probably most like Kyoko from Skip Beat. I'll pretty much bend over backwards to help a friend, until you stab me in the back. Then I'll hate you so much that if I can't get you to appologize, I'll still be ranting about you years later. I'm also embarassingly addicted to fairy tales (I've read just about every version I could find of Cinderella and Beauty and the Beast). Once I start something, I want it done right (I don't even want to think about how much of my current cross-stich project I picked out because of tiny mistakes), like her and her voodoo dolls.
And I like being a "Kyoko".

Hmm, I've answered something like this before.
I reckon I'm a lot like Kiri from Beauty Pop. Quite laid back, calm and don't really care when everything else is in chaos, sleepy most of the time and sweet/food-loving. I have a fat cat too. 😛
Too bad I don't have her awesome hair cutting skills. You have to see the way she holds those scissors. 😲
