I loved Stray Little Devil, but it doesn't seem to be very popular. The mangaka is now doing the Gurren Lagann manga.

I really like Historie as well, but I never hear people mention:
The Hour of the Mice
Release: The Emancipation of Personality (probably since it hasn't been released for a little over a year, but I still like it)

Oh, and I like MIDORIKAWA Yuki's projects. She's a new favorite mangaka for me, but I don't know if a lot of peolpe would be interested in her works.

It makes me really sad when people say that the art isn't very good..=\ It's just the art that I happen to love so it's lucky for me =). And it's a VERY good plot line totally worth it. After the first 2 chapters, you'll get used to it, and if you don't, then just stop =) It's licensed too =)

I don't know how popular Eureka Seven is but to me it's the best.

3x3 eyes a truly great series that doesn't get its due in the shonen manga world.

I think 3x3 eyes is just ok. Not bad, but not great either.

It seems relatively well known, but I rarely see Hajime no Ippo on anyone's top ten reading list, which I think is a shame since it is an excellent manga.

Harlem Beat wa Yoake Made by Takashima Kazusa! Okay okay, it isn't a work of genius. But it is absolutely hilarious, and it boggles my mind that so many fan(girl)s have never heard of it. 🤢

I second The Kidnapping of Minja Jo's Boyfriend it is a great shoujo manga, and I totally forgot to nominate it to the tournament 🤢

Also second Cromartie it is the funniest thing ever, and doesn't get the attention it deserves.

And I include Chaosic Rune The best shounen I have ever read, and is so underrated, that no group has picked it up to continue scanlating it
