Melo Holic - it might seem like a normal romance at first but it gets darker. I dont know if its really twisted but there are definitely some psychological moments in it. there are others that i can think of that are dark and twisted but this is the only one that ends happy that i can think of.

doesn't have a happy ending (except insofar as they don't end up together) . It's amazingly twisted though. The dude is definitely the most stone cold crazy character I've encountered in manga lol.

Basically the main girl is a lunatic dating a lunatic. The main guy is in love with her, but for most of the story she just fucks with him. Eventually she falls for him and they end up together at the end.
