Vampire Knight has the best art, at least imho, but I wasn't in love with the story line or the characters. Then again, I just enjoy comedies more.
I have never read Angel Sanctuary so I have no comment. The art is nice though.
Ouran High School Host Club is one of the funniest manga I have ever read. Haruhi just rocks and Tamaki is adorable. The art isn't special but it does improve later on. The only thing that irks me is that harem nature of the manga.
Lovely Complex is cute, but it pales in comparison with the rest. The main couple is uberly cute though.
Fruits Basket started out weak and ended the same way. The middle part, however, was written and drawn beautifully. The characters were some of the most memorable that I have seen in a long time. I just wished the mangaka didn't stretched out the storyline paper-thin but this manga is still in my top ten list.
Skip Beat has my vote for the best shoujo. Kyoko is my most favorite heroine right now. I just love the fact that instead of crying and feeling sorry for herself, Kyoko opted for revenge when she was brutally dumped. The art could have been better but the comedy more than makes up for that.

It was hard to choose between Angel Sanctuary and Skip Beat! But I voted for Angel Sanctuary because it's complete and so it doesn't have a chance of getting worse in the future.

I chose Skip Beat. Vampire Knight is almost as good because of the beautiful art. However, I found Skip Beat had great comedy and the plot and characters bested V.K. 's. I don't like Yuki as an heroine compared to Kyoko. Yuki almost falls into the typical shoujo girl (personality wise) when you read further into the story - Well that's my opinion anyway. 😛

I voted for Skip Beat as usual since it's the best shoujo manga ever imo. Lol, what else has a protagonist who has mini-devils (that beat the snot out of mini-angels) and can possess other people like Kyouko? I like the other series too, but nothing beats out Skip Beat for me.

Yay, Skip Beat's in the lead! (Well, for the moment at least...)
I like several of the others, but the comedy & characters & character development of Skip Beat make it my favorite. 😃

I wanted to vote for vampire knight. But then I remembered all the memories and emotions that fruit basket had given me for a long time so I voted FB.

Angel Sanctuary ftw. It looks kinda weird in the poll because it's pretty much nothing like all others 😛
Unfortunately polls like this are bound to be more like popularity contests (because more people read VK and Ouran or stuff like that, AS is hard to understand) but what can we do? 🙁

I love Vampire Knight, Furuba and Ouran Host Club, Well, lovely complex is also cute. But I choose Skip Beat! Kyoko is not the typical shoujo girl and she is not that annoying compared to some heroine that are pretending to be tough and all. And there is Ren! Anyway, the plot is just awesome. 🙂
