-Good public transportation
-A good amusment park
-Decent airport and close to American border

-Boring as hell, never anything noteworthy happening.
-Anoying people with a broken language and a high sense of superiority.
-Really hot and stuffy in Summer
-Really cold and windy in Winter
-Hectic weather

The best - No tornados, hurricanes, floods or any natural disasters.
No crimes, nothing bad really happens around here.

The worst - Not many things to do, it's pretty boring at times.

Lots of nice people and neighborhoods
The subway
Great places to shop (especially Forest Hills, Queens Center and Aqueduct Flea Market)
Nice parks
Good food
The festivals
Places to visit (The Unisphere, New York Hall of Science, etc)

Worst things:

Lots of bad people around my area (drug dealers, gangs, etc.)
Traffic
People around my neighborhood arguing (they do that a lot)
Window graffiti scratches on bus and train windows.

I read so much mangas, I'm too lazy to watch anime! 😛 😛 😛

Worst

• Hurricane season.
• Possibility one of the worst places beachwise, due to shark attacks. (The water is murky ... so the sharks can't see.
• Raining one place, and not minutes away. ( Also on and off rain)
• Humidity
• People thinking they don't need to learn English and just knowing Spanish is enough.

Hmm, best:

The great cultural diversity we have here; there are so many types of people that it makes our community such an accepting place. Also, great education system. Beautiful community with many things within walking distance and gorgeous little shops. No large gap with the rich and the poor.

Worst:
Traffic? Not any pollution or noise pollution but in the recent years, it has been overcrowding. Lots and lots of residential construction. 😔

The City where I live:
Good: Peaceful and quiet
Bad: When b ad things happen, nobody finds out about it.

The State:
Good: Good weather all around.

Bad: Earthquake prone

Neighbourhood - ** all shops are nearby
Town - Wonderful food
State - The safest state (for girls) in the country, the best roads
Country - The cultural diversity, wonderful history/legends, plethora of ancient caves and monuments

Worst
Neighbourhood - Pesky, noisy neighbours
Town - No good library
State - A very social community = annoying, interfering people
Country - A bit orthodox

Bests:
1.Convenience stores everywhere you look, some are even just right next to another competing convenience store..
2.Many great places to eat just below where I live...
(1~3, great for someone who doesn't cook)
3.A Mall in less than 500 meters to where I live... Has Fastfood stores(Mcdo)...
4.No noisy neighbors..
5.Using Public transportations are very easy...
6.No Litters..
7.You cannot smoke wherever you like, they have areas for that..
8.No pollution...

Worst:
1.So many vehicles..
2.So many people...
3.The great places to eat in number 2 closes early..
4. Not really a bad thing.. Lame...

I know this is long but...

Best

• Clinics, dentist, post office, bank, clothing store, convenient store, autoshop, mechanics, pet store, dollar store, electronics store, supermarkets, all within walking distance.
• All crosswalks have fancy buttons that make bird noises!
• Good location. Places that I want to go to are within 10 miles driving distance!
• Usually 1 bus takes you to a place you need to go.
• One good neighbor. We don't talk to anyone else.
• There is someone called "The Collector" who goes around collecting your junk that is too big for the trashcans. They are like hawks. They take it within 30 mins of disposal. They have a collection station in the corner of my street.

Worst

• Racist neighbors. They will make sure to get your car towed and call the law on you. Everyone here calls the police for nothing much.
• Cops always knocking on doors telling me there's a violent person/gunman outside and to be careful.
• No restaurants within 1 mile that I like. Only fast food.
• All neighborhood streets (not main streets) are very narrow and you are always yielding. They are not consistent and are unpredictable with weird curves to avoid mountains and lots of three way streets. They can go up to hills that are at a 30 degree incline and majority of the time turn into a dead end.
• We have two gangs here that are still at war. They always tag up this abandon tamale shop in the corner and kill each other often. I find my self calling into work and not going because they close off my street for investigation.
• Lots of drunks at night. Convenient store right on my corner sells hard liquor.
• There's a motorcycle gang that likes to ride loudly together in the mornings at 7am.
• Earthquakes
• Weather is inconsistent!

Best:

• bowling, billiards, gaming centres in the immediate vicinity.
• several convenience stores, 1 with great selection of imported goods.
• nearby beach (5 min. by car.)

Worst:

• no proper park.
• rental car outlets in the area. (so occasionally I wake up listening to some jerk test driving a rented Lamborghini at 2 in the morning.)

I give up. I see not point in living if I can't be beautiful.
