What's so bad about it?
If you expect a full-on romance story, then can understand; because it's not. It's a shounen.
But that would only mean you don't like the genre, not the actual story. MSN rocks!

I'm going to say the wallflower manga
The anime was funny but this series is like 23+ volumes and nothing happens....its 23 volumes of nothing!!!! I can't stand it ¬¬
I think we shouldn't really say one piece is the worst manga ever since it is currently the best selling manga series ever! But I can see where people are coming form ¬¬

honestly, i hate all of Takahashi Rumiko's works
the art is a turn off and the stories... just meh

I'd go for Prince of Tennis since it has been unbearable for me even if I don't dislike tennis.

the wrost manga in my opinion is Angel Wars, I hated it so much, it was such a pointless manga and only a waste of money.

bobobo-bobobo or what ever the hell it's name is. The artwork was horrible and the story was just mostly attempts at crack humor that I can't believe anyone considered funny.
Also a lot of the early Naruto was pretty bad but i've been impressed with Shippuden so far. I no longer watch the anime thought after experiencing the crappiness of the English dubs.
Mirage of Blaze is downright horrible as an anime. The characters are bland and for a supposedly shouen-ai series it sure lacks any shounen-ai. And overall the storyline is just horrible.

for the major titles i say
for me pesonaly i became very dissapointed in
Inu Yasha after it became more family friendly
it started out as a long mermaid saga story
and ended up a horriblyboring love comedy
and
Negima is most likely the manga i hate the most[of the popular ones]
its full of uninterestingcrap and i can not understand why ppl like it
there is so much crap out there that i dont even want to take a look at so
they dont even come close to the real horrors

I hate Bokura ga Ita, it's soooooooo boring, I hate the art & the plot!
I don't know why it's so popular, when the main character is a stupid girl & the boy is an ****! ((CENSORED xD)) ¬¬ It's my opinion...
About mangas I hate... Negima it's just annoying!! The story is so slow.. I don't like it..

Interesting, I have the exact opposite opinion of Naruto. I though pre-timeskip was excellent and post-timeskip was pretty bad. I liked it when characters not named Naruto or Sasuke used to matter.
