Well enough chuckles, the dumbest manga would be "Cooking BBQ Fighting Master Lolicon"

Plot summary: A loli looking martial artist travels the world showing off pantsu shots every three panels while trying to become the greatest BBQ Master the world has ever seen. Oh yes, to make this even dumber, the cute loli would have a dumb catchphrase...how does "sox" sound? Yes, after every phrase she would repeat "sox", as in "Your BBQ skills sox". "Your BBQ'd steak is dry and leathery, you sox", and so on.

Then to prove how dumb this "manga" is, there would be Naruto references in every chapter. Naruto this, Naruto that, Naruto "sox"!

Expect the first chapter shortly... 😔

I could think of lots of stupid plots, but as for something that sounds stupid that might actually be a good manga, it will be about an apple tree. That's right, about the life of an apple tree. When a girl is only two, she has sex with a guy, but then she can't remember the guy when she grows up, so then when they meet again she can't remember him but they guy remembers her perfectly. So then the manga is all about the guy trying to get the girl get her memory back while raping her every few chapters...

(This is in rage of all the Shojo mangas where the girl had a love relationship with a guy when they were little but then the girl forgot but the guy remembers.)
