the arguement that obito was crushed and that hes dead just simply doesnt matter. as orochimaru proved, there are ways of bringing the dead back to life. someone simply may have brought him back or even more possible, found him and healed him (remember kakuzu sewing back on body parts and having them still work?)

itll prolly turn out to be obito as it will set up the fight between him and kakashi and thru that, well learn more about their past and what happened (we never found out what happened with rin so maybe obito found out how she died (kakashi tells us shes dead) somehow and blames kakashi and the world and now hes gone crazy and hes trying to kill everyone 😕 )

that might be cause tabi masks only show the right eye (kakashi have the left eye) so it might be obito

well, obito, once he died.. akatsuki could have revieved obito.. and since he died originally, he forgot everything...i mean, when you die and come back don't you think there would be gaps of blankness to your "memories"?

did anyone ever notice that the first time we saw tobi he had a mechanical right arm when he found sasoris ring? Prob he has some way to harness the powers of other sharingan users, cause he could tell which sharingan was or is going to get stronger than whose

I was thinking the same thing. Furthermore Kishimoto is already playing with time-space, who's to say Madara didn't get caught in time and somehow come out in Naruto's time? That being said, Tobi does refer to using Uchiha Madara's power meaning he could be a) Uchiha Madara, b) Uchiha Obito referring to his ancestor c) someone who stole Obito's right eye, or d) some freak, psychotic robot with a Pinocchio complex that is using the Kyubikki to become a "real boy"

well the way i read it, obito was saying his power is like uchiha madara's, meaning uchiha madara used the real power of the sharingan. My theory is that uchiha madara was the 4th hokage, cause nobody ever says his name and the kyuubi recognised the "cursed sharingan" when he saw sasuke back inside naruto's soul. And i think that obito is tobi cause like scuppo said, his right arm was mechanical and tobi's right side was crushed, but i also think obito is in charge of "Pain" who seems to be the one who brought akatsuki together. He just joined akatsuki as obito to see either itachi or sasuke and to see how his little plot was working out. But i dont know why he wants the bijuu...tell me if u think i'm wrong...

Madara couldn't possibly be a fourth Hokage. When the fourth Hokage died the way he did, they probably found his body and gave it a proper burial, like they did for the third hokage. And the Uchias have dark hair, and the fourth was blond.
