your wearing a thong that is not your right size. i used to make that mistake and itd be a nightmare when i was excercising, i've learned to buy thongs with strings that are not too short, and if you have a big booty (like me 😉 ) go a size bigger. i wear thongs every single day for many years, even when i exercise.
