Obviously, most of us here are fascinated with (modern) Japanese culture, but what about other cultures, past and present?
What other cultures interest you?

Ancient Egypt has always fascinated me.
I like all kinds of cultures.
Sounds cliche, but I love Greek mythology.
It's like a soap drama starred by deities. 🤨

...where do I start?
In absolutely no particular order: stories related to norse mythology, celtic and german tribes, European medieval history, vikings (because they just rule), Reinassance history, arabic stories, pre-french revolution (especially manga and anime currently watching Rose of Versailles and Le chevalier D'eon), stories set in the victorian period and whatever happens to look interesting.
I used to like asian (especially japanese) culture, but now I find it simply boring, that's why I avoid historical animes based on asian culture. (and there's so many of them, it's a hard task @_@)
I've always been fascinated by the cradles of civilization (India, China,Egypt, Americas). Ancient Greek and Roman culture are very interesting too.

I've been fortunate enough to experience many foreign cultures over the years, and have loved them all....
Loved reading about Greek and Roman mythology as a kid.... had pets named after gods and all that.
Nothing much to add, really.

dark age migrations, early middle ages...specially byzantine empire...also moors and vikings (mostly for mythology)...
medieval christian orders like knights templar and hospitaller.
high middle ages, romanesque architecture and later gothic architecture.
err...but all this isn't actually foreign to me...except the moors and vikings

I don't care for cultures.
All I need is good company and
any culture is fine.

Since my culture generally suck (Ireland; neutrality, drink, green hills, etc.), I'm usually interested in many other country cultures. I like Egypt a fair bit, but Japan takes top spot for me because of how radically different their culture is to mine.
I like English stuff a lot as well, hahah.

I just can't understand White People... 😐
😀
I find other cultures to be fascinating. A region's culture tells a lot about its history, and seeing the progression/conservation of said history for your own eyes is whats so fascinating about it.
