As unoriginal as it is...I was obsessed with Greece and its mythology until bout a year ago. 😛 But Zeus kept giving me urges to chuck the book I was reading across the room so I stopped >.>

I'm actually quite interested in most ancient culture, especially in reference to religion and...I want to say literature, but much of their stories are oral...to a certain point. I've read a collection that's supposidly the complete works of the Grimm brothers, at least a good quarter of the last complete translation of 1001 Arabian Nights, The Odyssey, the first book of the Illiad, The Epic of Gilgamesh, Beowulf...I know I'm missing a few. Anyway, I love looking at how writing got started, the first stories written down, how they affected that culture and how a culture created them. Very good thing I'm an English major...
