Today is a sad day to die when yaoi wins...(Sorry, but I'm a guy myself, and yaoi = no way). Shoujo came in behind yaoi by about 400 votes, while seinen trailed behind shoujo by about 300...As you can see, the top 2 are mostly targeted toward girls...
Interestingly enough, hentai got a pretty nice percentage.

Yeah, I voted for yaoi, but I read everything on that list except lolicon and shotacon, as those make me cringe with disgust (much like men do for yaoi). I'm not picky; a good story is a good story, no matter who it's targeted towards.

It does seem as if MangaUpdates is heading towards yaoi these days though. I have it set to show all yaoi releases in blue, and half my page is blue most days. Hentai in red is giving yaoi a run for its money though! I'm happy in either case. 😀

Even though hentai scored a decent percentage, just think of how many people didn't vote hentai because they were afraid it may make them look like a perv.

well, i didn't vote hentai because the stories usually suck; because its meant for a... different type of enjoyment -_- lol... anyway i went with comedy, can't stand Yaoi, Shota, and Loli

i voted for shojo.. i like shounen ai, but yaoi is w-a-y 2 much for me......
