I'd have to say Chun Hyang from Shin Angyo Onshi. She's not exactly vocal, but she's one hell of a fighter 😀

I agree with the majority which seems to be Revy when i think badass its not about how strong you are or how cool your moves are or though that's important, its about the fuck you attitude that you have towards the world and Revy has that in spades.

I've been planning to make an avatar/sig combo out of that picture, but I didn't know what to make of it. And yes, her physique is pretty attractive. Props to the mangaka for drawing it that well.
