DOGS: BULLETS & CARNAGE Main heroine has a x shaped scar on her chest. (She's one of the three main protagonists and they each have a side story). In the beginning, it starts out with the side stories of each of the three protagonist although the first chapters focus not on the 3 MCs but on a important side character. It may start sluggish but as it goes on, its one of the best action manga I ever read.
P.S. This manga is not a lolicon style so don't let the cover fool you.
