I know this is a total long shot, but does anyone know of a Reverse Harem with a Shota character (Like Honey in Ouran, Seiran in Barajou no kiss, and I guess to a lesser extent, Momiji in Fruits Basket) - but at the end of the story, the female lead ACTUALLY ends up with the Shota? Thank you! 😛

Hmmm not really reverse harem but "Please save my earth", has a huge age gap and there is a love triangle.

Otoyomegatari (it's very good, it has a huge age gap, although ongoing)
Choco to Mint to (this one doesn't have a huge age gap though, but with a shota)

If you're okay with crossdressing/gender blender then Houou Gakuen Misoragumi is what you're looking for 🙂 But the shota here is not exactly a "cute" character (more like... scary xD) like the examples you gave.
