i say the girl becomes one of his best friends/roomate (notice the fact he currently lives alone, how comforable♥) but im not too sure if there will be romance between them.
tho, taking the fact of who the mangaka is, there should be...

Are we still at Men's School?
He doesn't live alone (he's in a dorm with a male roommate) and I think there would be romance in it later in the story. ...spoiler was added a bit too late though. 🤣
