There's one I do remember which is called Boku no Shiru Anata no Hanashi it doesn't hit the mark completely cuz the guy was straight to begin with but he is totally not the uke-type.

there are some mangas where the "uke" wasn't actually a seme, but he was in love with a smaller one. but well, they never had sex with them. but if you want them too, say.

Actually Totally Captivated both switched places. Mookyul had been a uke to his step father but a seme to Ewon. Whereas Ewon became a uke to Mookyul.
