Man, I've come a long way since my last reply here.

As I see it, its only natural. By nature a 20-30 year old should have his own little family with cute children and all. But even if you dont, that thing that makes you enjoy and try to protect cuteness and innosence is still there. There is nothing sexual or pervers about it. It's more a mechanism from nature to ensure the protection of children.
Thats also why it's labeled seinen and not shounen. Especially male teens dont care that much about cute stuff, they are still to young for this, so they prefer action, ecchi and comedy.
