The only thing that I don't like is they got Marth, but no Roy :/.

Its going to rock. Sadly no more L canceling though, and no more wave dashing. But they did some other stuff to make up for that a bit a heard. Either way I was just looking forward to a wider set of moves to acquant myself with, since I was getting bored of Melee, though still not bored enough to keep my from playing it for about 2 hours a day.

Either way...Brawl will be FTW! to the Xtreme.

Also, Marth no longer has the whole extra damage when you hit with the end of the sword thing, from what I heard his attacks are slightly stronger than his crappy hits, but not as amazing as when you hit with the tip of his sword in Melee. Its basically going to be quite different with a lot of characters, unless you were a total noob at Melee, then you may not notice many differences, which might be a good thing.

I heard it was delayed to somtime in April/May at gamecrazy but when I got home looked and it was total BS. Although, if it does get delayed again then some fans should match in wearing cosplay and beat their ass. I call Solid Snake.

Japan and China already has the game, so I don't think N.A. will get delays anymore.

Nintendo has already surpassed the global sales of the X-Box 360 and well they didnt have to try hard to beat the PS3, I think in total sales the PS2 may still be the winner, but that wont last for long after Brawl comes out.

Currently the Wii is at 20+ million consoles worldwide biggrin

I had read there were 50 characters playable. Where are the characters from melee like mewtwo and pichu?

We should register our Wiis in case the online battling thing works out well. I'll find my wii account number and put it up here when I get home.

I played the Japanese version of the game today! I mostly used Link and Snake. Snake is slow, but for some reason, seems pretty good on free-for-all (at least for me). Sonic is so freaking cheap...either that or the guy I was playing with was. That final smash of Sonic's keeps killing all of us (we did 4 player free-for-alls and one-on-one battles). Fox's final smash was quite interesting (with the landmaster tank), and the sad part is, my bro hovered off the stage with it and died!

Hmm, we all noticed that all the characters fall slower (and no more cheap wavedashing either). Some of the characters' ranges were changed, like Marth's, said my friend that kept complaining how he was used to Melee.

But all in all, GREAT game!

One last thing, for some reason, the load time for custom stages is really long. I hope they fix that in the American version. Also, the Pokemon master that uses Ivysaur, Squirtle, and Charizard has some WEIRD names for the Pokemon. Charizard was something like "Lizardon" or whatever, and I don't remember the other two's
