At first I thought it was Kyuuso wa Cheese no Yume o Miru, but it doesn't fit everything you described.
Have you tried using the advance search by genres?
Filtering by yaoi and blackmail. That only has a bit over 100 results here
or blackmail and shounen ai. That has 10 things pop up there
Hopefully what you're looking for does have a blackmail tag. If not try maybe yaoi + Misunderstanding/s in the Advance search by genres
