Google is telling me Horimiya. It's been a while scene I've read that, so I don't remember a scene like that...
If you right click on the image and select search on google you can see search results for yourself. Well, at least on Chrome. I'm not sure if this is the same for other browsers, but for next time. ^__^

Again that's what google told me... And there seems to be a lot of people sharing this on pinterest with the tag Horimiya.
It's possible that it's just a fan made pic... But I could be wrong.
