I'm a girl, and I know girls can be bitches.. But I also know guys can be pretty ferocious too. It really depends on the person. But if I had to say, girls reaalllly can be bitches, so I think girls are more mean.

Girls are definately more mean than guys. Girls tend to take things personaly easily, where as a guy would brush it off. A girl never forgets an insult or bad impression. A guy never forgets a fist fight. 😉

I believe that the "meaner" gender is the female one:

In the 5 years I spent in a class (4th-9th grade) the girls and guys had diffrent "groups" in the class wich they socialised, however the girls groups were constantly chanceing and girls whoed walk hand in hand one day wouldn't even speak to each other the next, (sure that happens to everyone) but when you compare the guys and girls group, then the guys stick together alot more the the girls, in the intire 9years the class were together the guys group barely changed at all, some goups fused, split up and others had people coming and going. but with the girls it always seemed (to me that is) like there was more tension betewn the girls groups (in the later years, 8th and 9th grade).
In short it seems girls "connection" betewn each other is weaker them when it comes to the guys connections (perhaps genetic ? ^^) but the girls also becomes friends betewn all these changes, which means they get to know each other, they hang out and learns alot about each other and then when they split appart they still keep their knowledge, and in their nature when they get unfrendly they have their ways and then i guess its easy to use what you know.
It might sound as if they are playing Liar Game, but as I said they really becomes friends, (but i guess its as stong as the weakest link 😢 ), in my class their were those that stuck togheter in groups of three for a year or two but then they drifted apart.
Perhaps you can call them instable, I mean if you think about it the teen years are very unstable for and the people who stick togheter before and after are rare (those who change the same way or don't change at all?).

Sorry I got of track there a bit, but in your Teen's with all this development, change and emotions. instability is quite natural but the diffrence betewn guys and girls is clear when it comes to keeping together.

and if you keep changeing groups like that then it's quite natural to develop friends and unfriends (enemies).
However, what exactly it is that makes girls drift apart so easily when they get along so well and makes them able get along well suddenly with someone they've had a bad realtionship with. As well as there ability to get over friends and inability to get over other things.
As I myself is not only a guy but generally don't socialise with other's; these are thins that I do not have an anwser for.

But as for guys, when they get on each others bad side they'll keep clashing until it dies down (no matter how many years it takes), however they also so no problem in dealing with this in that way which makes us quite dangerus, since we naturaly and instinctivily solve conflicts though force and violence.
And saying guys just take it out right up en each others face is true but that doesnät mean it has to be fair (3-1, 5-2) is completly natural, as I said before guys stick togheter alot more and when you get on the bad side with on guy you useally get on the bad side with his friends, and having a taking care of it face to face's doesn't have to much beter then girsl ways.

Well I guess it's a diffrence in nature, guys seems to "destroy" and "crush", whether we get jelous or angry and girls seems to want to "wound" and "harm" when they get jelous or angry.

Where I'm from girls are just as aggressive and in your face as guys. Plus being mean to your face isn't exactly better. Both.

Studies on gender-specific behavior suggest that men are prone to the use of physical violence while women tend to mental violence like maligning or mentally bullying somebody. Nevertheless, the tendency to use violence in general is the same - for men and for women.

But since you asked "Who's more mean?", I'd say it's women, although I am one myself. Men have it tough today. ^^

Both genders have bastards that are mean because we're all human, and humans have the tendency to be "mean". I don't think one gender is specifically "meaner" than the other.

me too!
girls can be really extremely bitchy and can do anything (mostly verbal).
Guys too but on a different level, they are more aggressive.
And I think girls can be more mean because I am a girl myself and now what girls are capable of.
What I also know is that girls get their conscience quicker back, some ignore it and some will stop.

If someone confront guys : bad mouthing in front of the person, do physical attack, then never contact this person again, last, mind their own business
If someone confront girls : bad mouthing behind the person, do psychological attack, still having contact with this person, watch the person closely to found more weaknesses..

I think myself, a girl, is more mean dealing with emotional things.
