So there is a possibility that USA rejeceted the offer simply because it was made by the Russians.

There you have a very high chance of being right.

Georgia attacked South Ossetia and were out for blood. Most likely Russia prevented South Ossetia from being ethnicly cleansed of Ossetians.

Well technicaly it is also pure speculation, because no real factual evidence has been shown, and it's just not like russians not to use everything they have. Plus the casualities were too low considering they fought for 12h, in that time you can commit a lot more atrocities.

I believe in this world, we are still very much uncivilized and power needs to be demonstrated through brutal force to reclaim peace once a while.

I could make some very interesting connections between this statement and the fact that you live in USA, but as I have no wish to be branded as "insulter" I will keep it to myself.
Well there are cases when force must be used but I really don't see why this should have been the case.

You have never said... but you have never said it was wrong of Georgia to invade and your general opinion of the situation suggests you were pro-invasion. So do you think Georgia was wrong to invade? Do you think Georgia was justified in turning the capital of South Ossetia to rubble? etc.

I said that war is bad...... You could have made some conclusions from that. Yes it was wrong for Georgia to attack.
Practicaly city was razed by georgians WITH russians.

All I have to say is fuck history... generally it's people holding past-grudges that prevent peace and progress... So a mediator should only deal with the current events i.e. the invasion, retaliation by Russia etc.

Unfortunetly for you this conflict is historical and without some historical background it will be hard for you to come to terms. If we would forget history then we could simply come to terms that Ositia is part of georgia and russians have nothing lost there.

Well, it's actually the Russian's business. It's not like America is the world police or something.

Do make the comment you are about to make. It takes a lot to make me feel anger.

Your not? 😕 Wow shit with recent events I naturally assumed that you had taken on that role 🤣 You know to compensate for Bushs lost childhood dream of being a super hero. 🤣 🤣

well, some of us here in America likes to delusion themselves with "savior of the world, leaders of the free people, police of the world. Messiah of the ignorant". I'm not delusional like that. I know what our reasons for our actions really are. These same phrases probably echoed back when Europeans went to different countries, raided them, and conquered them under the name of the bringer of light.

Muslims would say differently. They have set one heck of an eye for you.

Well you should be one heck of a neirotic if my comment would make you angry. That part of my comment was more like a joke because it's too obvios what I'm talking about, considering the amount of military interventions USA has made in past century. But of course if you want to hear smth. evil about USA ask me any time. I can start at least with USA border control - in the worlds history there has been only one country that has had as heavy control of those who come to the counry, USSR. So I wanted to know how is it when Big Brother is watching you?

Well, I want to know exactly what you mean, I don't want to make assumptions based on feelings. Please write more clearly, I don't understand. you want to know "how is it when Big Brother is watching you?"

He is most likely referring to the erosion of many rights in US. Patriot Act etc. Spying on your own people. Less privacy rights. Bowing to the RIAA and MPAA and bringing in new laws allowing mp3, laptops to be searched at the border. Removal of Habeas Corpus.

Thanks,

Well in time of needs, rights are suspended. I believe Abe Lincoln was the first to restrain rights. He imprisoned people speaking badly about the Union during the Civil War.

Any government, I assure you, is not perfect. Our laws are changed to adapt to the future. If according to the believe of our founding fathers that any insufficient government, where the people are not happy with the government, shall be over thrown by the people. Yeah...if you do that now, you'll be marked as an anarchist and probably jailed for being a traitor.

I know. I really loved the term "our son of a bitches" - country leaders that are terrible against their own people but fight against USA enemies.

Well, I want to know exactly what you mean, I don't want to make assumptions based on feelings. Please write more clearly, I don't understand. you want to know "how is it when Big Brother is watching you?"

I feel schocked. You should definetly read Georg Orwell 1984/Animal Farm it of the best books ever.

It comes hard over my mouth, I really must agree with you. That's really a good saying.

Never you don't deserve to be enlightened muahahaha....
Ok less Absinth more talk.

Those books are more about the political systems of totalitarian regimes then politics.
In book "1984" democracy doesn't exist there are only 3 totalitarian regimes and the book is about the life in them.
While "Animal farm" is about a farm were animals rebel and expel the humans wanting to live a happy life, but of course it doesn't stay that way. The pigs betray the ideals they fought forand in the end become just like humans they fought against. It's technicaly an allegory of USSR.

Anyways from the books come so crazy ideas and quotes, like how you can control people by changing the languge so that people can't say anything unlawful.
And of course the famous quote

All animals are equal, but some animals are more equal than others

Perfectly fits any human society.

Holy fucking shit! My luck started to run out, through the window of my room just flew in the only poisenus bug we have in this country (and it's fucking HUGE) thanks god I had the good old latin textbook by me, I wanted to smash it though the window but I managed to smash it in the window with a good baseball hit.

CONTROL. In USA people are being controled and watched, even the computers are being checked when the borders are crossed. Also the Bobs mentioned "Patriot act". All those things clearly are not sign of democratic society. And that's way the big brother is watching you.
