The same thing happened in Love Stage, i know. But its not BL that I'm looking for. I want the male MC to fall for a guy who's crossdressed as a girl. It also happened in Hatsukoi Monster. Yeah. I love it when the guy is shocked etc. It could turn out to be his childhood friend or rival.

it would be great if he hates the guy-girl and ....it'll all turn out dramatic. Any genre is fine as long as its not hentai, lolicon, ecchi etc

I guess I'm not a big fan of drama... Most of the ones I know about are fairly happy and light-hearted. Anyway, here are my recommendations:

The Bride Was a Boy: A cute autobiographical story. Very heartwarming.

Hatsu Kokuhaku: They're both crossdressing, though.

Reversible!: This is the first one I've seen where the protagonist is self-aware enough to recognize that he's thinking, "as long as he's cute, it's okay!?" almost right away. I know you said no ecchi, but the fanservice pretty much goes away after the first several chapters. I really think this manga goes a step deeper with introspection compared to many other crossdressing manga, and I think it's really good.

Prunus Girl: Unlike most other crossdressing manga, the crossdresser reveals that he's a guy right away: Super cheerfully, and in front of the entire class. Great comedy in this one. The MC, Maki-kun, really gets pulled in to Kizuna's pace. Chapters 36 and 37 are pure comedy gold, so make sure you read them.

Mint na Bokura: In this one, Noel crossdresses as a girl so that he can enter the same school as his twin sister. Sasa, who is bad with dealing with girls, ends up falling in love with Noel because he finds it easy to talk with him. Sasa finds out pretty quickly after that though, and afterwards they just become normal friends. Everyone else in the class still sees them as the "official couple" though, since they don't know that Noel is a boy. I enjoyed the crossdressing shenanigans in this one.
