GTO without a doubt. So far my #1 shounen title. The earlier parts of Death Note (when L was alive) and Naruto (pre-timeskip) were great, but the later parts brought down the value of the series. Angel Densetsu is a good series, but the characters can get a little annoying and the jokes a little redundant. Claymore is an awesome series, but it's overall impression on me is far less significant than the one GTO had.

GTO is a no-brainer. Arguably the funniest manga I've encountered, with art I very much enjoy(I'm quite the Fujisawa fan), and a large cast of great characters. You even get reasonable doses of action courtesy of the invincible hero himself, Eikichi Onizuka(22 years old, virgin).
Semi-related Side Note: The Great Teacher could easily defeat any character from Naruto or Claymore, and is invulnerable to any manner of death-inducing journals. You all know this to be truth.

Onizuka is the incarnation of Chuck Norris in manga form o.o

Nothing compares to the complex story line of Death Note

Yes. Except twice as awesome, and infinitely funnier.

Naruto, I guess. I haven't really read the others. I've read Death Note, but I like Naruto better for some strange reason. It isn't because of the plot, I guess I'm just a sucker for the "loser becomes hero" stories. ^^;;

Less than 24 hours to vote in this poll.
FMA and One Piece already got their passes to the final, and GTO almost secured the third one. Which manga will be the last contender in the shounen top 4?
