Shounen but looks very shoujo (same are style as Hikawa) is Terra e... (1977)

If you can understand Japanese/track down the raws:

Ribbon no Kishi is from 1953 if you can track it down/understand it (TEZUKA Osamu wrote some of the earliest shoujo)

ADACHI Mitsuru also has some old school shoujo)

Look for stuff by the 24-gumi.
