I'm not a rebel: I'm a girl who likes manga for girls.

A lot of shounen and seinen just isn't interesting to me for a bunch of reasons. But, the seinen and shounen series that I do read I tend to really love. In contrast, I've read tons of shoujo that hasn't left a very big impression on me, if I didn't outright dislike it.

Truth is, though, that I actually prefer BL to shoujo. But it wasn't in the poll! 😉

i love shounen.. dont know what is seinen, though? i love slam dunk, eyeshield 21, hitman reborn, muhyo to roji, one piece ( some stories,though)... & yakitate!! japan + bleach (not recently chapters), & im also like dragon ball's manga... (not anime)

im so.. dislike fushigi yuugi & hot gimmick... not seems like the stories (especially the development).. in hana yori dango, tsubasa chronicle (is it shoujo..? bcos it seems to), fruit basket (though i already regret on buying its original DVD)...

but, ouran is all right.. 😁

Anything with a nice plot is good enough for me. But, I guess I mainly read shoujo, hm. Shounen/seinen from time to time, to get a break from all those lovey-dovey stories ;>

I read whatever I think is good. Anything + comedy is good for me...well most. Needs a good plot and tolerable artwork.

I prefer romance titles. and that's available in both categories most just happens to be shoujo. I prefer shounen/seinen romance titles like suzuka, school rumble and bitter virgin over shoujo titles

I'm a girl and I definitely prefer shoujo. I don't think I've read any josei before. ._. I drift over to shounen occasionally, but ever since I started reading shoujo, it's my main genre.

I'm a boy, and I mainly read shoujo/seinen. But I'm open to all kinds of genres..

But I useally go for any genre or if I don't know what to pick I go for the one that people recommend that is good / Or I just try it out but God... Wtf @ Yaoi >>; I read one once by mistake and Oh God....-- (Insert brain dmg sound effect here.) Greatest mistake of my life. Gg for Curiosity. (No offence for people who Prefer Yaoi / Since my sister is addicted to these anyways >_>)

I'm a girl and i read everything. I like seinen/shonen alot: has action and mostly funny, but i like the shojo/josei because they're sad and sometimes realistic. So i didn't know what to pick. (didn't vote) 😃

...I'm a girl.... I like Shoujo/Josei mostly. But I do read Shounen/Seinen too. Don't care for Yaoi or Yuri. Mostly Romance, comedy etc manga..... Ok, truth, Anything that has Bishounens/Biseinens I like. CAn be shoujo and Shounen, just as long the guys are hot in it. 🤣

lol... I remember when I accidentally did that. I thought that it was disgusting, being straight myself. And should Yaoi be put in with shoujo/josei and Yuri with shounen/seinen since most yaoi readers are female and most yuri readers are male?

In the past,I used to prefer only shonen with some occasional shojo. But now,I mainly prefer Seinen and Josei.
