I dont think if this was mentioned.. but they have all this contest types of manga, like i.e. sports, fighting, cooking... but i havent come across one about drinking light/strong alcoholic beverages.. like a sort of a manual on how to drink lots and not get wasted with the plot going from first town competitions, then national ones and finally world tournament..

Also, there is no musical manga (and by saying that, I mean manga where people sing songs on various scenes other than saying their regular things)!

My plot with both of them should be:

One day, while doing an expedition in Japanese forest, three girls discover there is something behind them. After all the other guys from their group are killed by zombies, they start fleeing, only to one of them, Sylvia, being raped by a zombie.

When they search for help on a house by the lake, near to the port, they receive a lot of care and attention. Then, they discover the girls who cared them are actually mermaids who bless them with the Magical Coral, which can transform them on super singers. By the night, they discover Sylvia is pregnant. Attracted by the taste of baby, the mermaids turn on zombie mermaids, and the three run away. However, the zombie mermaids curse them with the Uncanny Salmon, which makes them deaf other than while singing. However, they could communicate with each other through telepaty.

Now, their mission is to kill zombies all over Japan while saving zombie mermaids with Magical Coral by turning them on angel mermaids and being the Best Jpop Band, so that they can pay the medical surgeries against zombish for Sylvia's future baby.

Wasn't there a manga named something like -> "Song to the Sun" Where the girl had a disease that she couldn't go out in the sun... and sing and various places like bus stop, train station, etc... and one guy falls in love with him and helps her in studio recordings??

There was one like this I'm 100% sure...

Or maybe, I don't quiet get your idea about Musical Manga... cause, Kiniro no Corda and Nodame Cantabile are really really popular...
