w00t! Question: What's the craziest rumor and or funniest you've ever heard?
Not rumors more like legends. Am I making sense?

I'll start just so I can make sense.
My friend told me that if your touch your index(means you) and ring finger(means your partner) and if "you" are taller. Then that means that you will be the one that dominates the relationship. If they're both the same, well you're gonna have some problems.

I'm not sure if this is crazy, but this happened the other day so...
I go to UC Berkeley and like two kids heard two gun shots the other night, and there were a lot of cops zooming around. Within a half hour, rumors were flying around like crazy. There were rumors that there was a shooting on campus and that someone had died. Dorms were put on lockdowns. I suppose most of the reactions were a result of the recent VTech event.
The next morning, we find out that the police were just chasing down some guy who decided to fire a bbgun. No one had died. =.=

Rumors are scary.

Er. My ring and index fingers are the same length? Well then again I'm measuring my right index finger and my left ring finger... 😕

Here's one that I tried in elemetary school. Count 100 yellow cars (cabs not included), then after that, look for a guy wearing a purple shirt. The person standing behind him is your soul mate. 🤣 I can't believe I even tried this!

Back when they found out who did the Virginia Tech shootings, there was a rumor that Jo Seung Hui's father committed suicide. It was very misleading, and was on the nets for awhile when people found out the family was physically alright (though probably devastated.)

I have another one! Same as the mirrior legend. If you point at the moon during the day, 7 years bad luck. Don't say you can't see the moon during the day. Because you can...I think?

I think the title should have been "silly superstitions" or something... 🤣 there seems to have been a confusion here.

Nope, I think I only got up to 70ish then gave up. Car colors were pretty conservative back then.

Another one: Being Asian, we always have our rice in almost every meal, and it was a no-no to waste food. My friends told me that every single grain of rice you leave on your plate represents a pimple on your (future) husband's face. 🤣

Back when I was young there was a rumor going around that my parents beat me. It wasn't true I was just really tenacious at getting into things that ends with me getting injured, such as climbing and jumping from high places. ex: The school fence, bookcases (one fell on me)
