I'm looking for characters similar to the twins, hikaru and kaoru, in ouran high school host club. They don't have to be the main characters, as long as they play some role in the story.
I prefer completed series, but it's fine if it's not.

the only comical twins i can remember right now is from W Juliet they dont play a huge role at first but later on you see them all the time.

Yeah I can only think of the twins in Kimi to Boku.Although there are four main characters (all guys) there are more chapters on them then the others. And they're hilarious, I'm only reading it because of them. But I'm not quite sure that this is what you're looking for since there's no sign of romance as of yet, just hints since it's primarily comedy and slice of life.

i second my heavenly hockey club. besides, my heavenly hockey club is like the comedy version of ouran. the settings are very similar.

Cipher. It's a nice romance, and the twins are both love interests (although only one is the main one). They're also similar to the Ouran twins in that they're rather slashy. Kissing on the lips is normal in their family, don't worry about it.

I haven't seen much of it yet, but Houou Gakuen Misoragumi looks promising for its set of twins to be that way. (Perhaps even slightly moreso.) - Story not completed though.
