Seconding Monster. I just finished it recently and it is fantastic.
Seconding Hoshi no samidare as well. Don't give up just because the first volume or so is boring. It starts of with what might be a very long introduction of characters.
I recommend Knight Run which I am currently reading and which kinda a feel of epicness.

Well the manga's as Berserk & Ubel blatt are extremly good but
If you want to laugh your ass off. read Gate - Jietai Kare no Chi nite, Kaku Tatakeri
or Onepunch-Man and for the last one Angel Densetsu <--- King i was crying couse it was so funny.
The first one is legendary, but you've probably read it. And i wouldn't recommend berserk if you're not into Gore and blood.. and rape.. couse it's hardcore stuff happening.

Terra Formars definitely. It's so absurd, so farfetched that by the time you're done with the first volume, you have to be wondering wtf was the author smoking when he created this. 🤣 A crew is sent to Mars to clean up certain... insects, and what they find there is totally not what they expect. (Try not to read the 2nd paragraph in the description, reviews or comments. It'd spoil the fun 😃 )
