Only Yoshihara sensei's.
I don't remember ever enjoying other smut titles other than hers. Especially shoujo... I like smut, but it's so often incorporated in horrible story/art/characters... <-shoujo smut.

Quote from StarlightDreams

Nay.
I only like a few certain smut manga. Especially Yoshihara Yuki~ +_+
Others are all...
Girl: Oh, I LOVE YOU<33
Guy: Orly? throws on bed I rape you, kkay?
Girl: B-but...OK, I love you anyways, we'll be together forever<3333333333
Guy: secks Ok. You're annoying me. pushes and leaves
Girl: ;_____; B-b-ut you said you love me!

Added the sometimes option.

Bahahahahah.

Sometimes they can be something that pops out at me and I would get surprise by them, but really I rather read the comedy and romance mix, than the smut and romance mix. I like smut, but not all manga is good because they have smut in them.

Sometimes.

More often than not, even if it's not supposed to be comedic, smut mangas make me laugh. So cheesy.

are we talking about yaoi smut here? because then i will have to raise my hand and jump around a bit for the YAY! category...

if not THEN WHY ARE YOU ASKING? normal smut is boring - if you can do it, why do you want to read about it? I mean, obviously i can't DO yaoi smut coz im like, a G.I.R.L.

sorry, just ignore me, I'm one of those people who's sad lives are ruled by whatever yaoi they're reading atm... and you can't let me go anywhere near 'normal' manga/anime, cos my mind rebels and starts imagining the 2 male best friends as secret lovers who are constantly sneaking off to do secret yoai-y things together 😛

ok. im rambling better stop now before I get on a rooooooooll ....

😁

Sometimes I like reading smut and it completely depends on the manga. Some smut can be good if it's done right.

I like my shoujo and adult/hentai separately. Smut and its whited out private parts piss me off. YOSHIHARA Yuki I can forgive, because her mangas are hilarious!

usually nay but that is only when it overtakes the story. I don't mind a little smut but when the story seems to center around it, it becomes nay for me.

As long as it works with the story and doesn't take away from the plot I'm a big YAY!

But aren't ecchi and smut basically the same thing....? >_>

It's YAY-YAH for me nonetheless...

For me, it really depends on the story. Basically, as long as it's done properly and contributes to the story, then it's fine. Also, it should be more on the sexual side, otherwise a bit of kissing would suffice. Like, the smut should be pretty darn close to hentai, only prettier and not disgusting-looking, also with normal sex instead of weird stuff.

Otherwise, it might as well not be there.

It's ok with me as long as the plotline isn't messed up because of it. Otherwise um yay for smut!

Yeah, different. O_O

Smut is kinda like ecchi aimed at girls though, the only difference I see is that ecchi contains panty/bra shots, while smut focuses on the actual sexual activity, though not explicitly.

And smut is almost always associated with Shoujo/Josei titles. O_O~

Hoho, Yay and Nay are almost tied. >:')

I don't even like most yaoi smut. It can be more annoying than shoujo and josei smut, with bad art. Did I mention bad art? O_O

"Mature" mangas are OK, I guess, no matter what genre/demographic they are. But what's the difference between mature and smut? They both have sex, but the difference I offen see is that smut plots are ridiculous. Anyone agree with me?

Or how do we define mature and smut on this site?
