This time, I'm looking for a romance which was told in a strictly one point of view only either from the male lead or female lead. If you ever watched/read Suzumiya Haruhi no Yuutsu, all events were being told from Kyon's perspective. Even if there were major events occurred off screen, he wouldn't know unless someone told him or he saw it himself. So, I'm looking that kind of narrative trick. Whether the love interest has any feelings for our protagonist or not, he/she/we wouldn't know unless they say it (either implicitly or explicitly).

The tag and genre shouldn't matter as long as its: hetero, non-hentai, romance has prominent presence, and the POV must not switched to someone else in the middle even for only one page/chapter

This interests me very much and I hope you get good suggestions. Unfortunately, I don't have any series to contribute. The only story I know that comes close is a oneshot shojou I read a long time ago, Melodramatic Library and maybe Deadman Wonderland.

Shinonome Yuuko wa Tanpen Shousetsu o Aishite Iru is the only thing I could think of right now (The LN is far superior).
