I wasn't really looking for litteral, more like metaphorical.

I'm interested in manga where the protagonist (gender doesn't matter, and the relationship doesn't matter) becomes sadistic/merciless/cruel towards those that 'mess with' the ones the protagonist cares about.

Kinda like the protagonist doing something horrible to the perpetrator as a "punishment" but the "punishment" is improportionate to the "crime".
