i made the suggestion since using browser options blocks all images, while with the suggestion, images will still load, and the site wont look as bland, since only avatars/ sigs are blocked, and its a pain turning it on/off just to view a single site

To avoid that, especially for forums, I load all of the main page as they generally dont have people's avatars and sigs and what not on them.
I use Opera and you can load sites on cached images, so once I've loaded the front page, I set it to cached images then enter the forums. I load whoever's avvy or sig I desire by reloading them. This of course, is when I'm at home (I have dial-up atm TT_TT )

Everyday I'm tumblin'

Well I use Chrome and it can't block it (like firefox with addons, or Opera...) and I won't set my browser to not load images just for one forum.
Yeah some sigs are not bad, but only for the first dozen times I see them then every sig gets boring. I don't say anything against avatars but some signatures are just a pain in the ...
Just wanted to know if it could be easily done, because I use other forums with this function, and I like it a lot.
